Today was a gorgeous Sunday and warm enough to enjoy the Wellington Botanical Gardens. Spring sprung about two weeks ago and the gardens are absolutly beautiful. My favourite flowers are tulips and the gardens have over 30,000 bulbs. Pictures of the gardens can be seen here

My Garden Walk Sept 17th 2006

Afterwards, we walked back to the flat and then drove down to Oriental Bay for Gelato. The wind started to pick up and it got a bit too cold for our ice cream, but I managed to eat it all 😉 The rest of the evening was me at St Michael’s and working on Peter’s back because he managed to slam into a rock while surfing.
